Hey there fashionistas! Welcome to my newly updated site! And yes, if you are reading this, you are a fashionista. You have taken the time to check out a styling blog - perhaps for inspiration - so pat yourself on the back!

I LOVE a designer collaboration. Designers get to expose their brand to a whole new audience and fashionistas get access to high-end designer labels we normally might not get to wear. When I read that Milly was doing a collection for kohl's, I wasn't sure if pieces would still be available when I arrived post-launch date, especially considering the Lilly for Target madness in April. (More on that later.) To my great surprise, there were plenty of pieces left - and in my size! I ended up with several really cute items, including these pants (and got it all for 30% off!).  Having recently vacationed in Capri, Italy Milly took inspiration from the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the bold colors of the island. I can't wait to wear all the items I picked up so I can daydream about actually going to Capri someday. I can picture it now: zipping around on a Vespa, drinking espresso by the sea, splurging on Italian handcrafted leather....but I digress. Back to the outfit! I decided to go all blue and paired these printed pants with a flouncy cobalt tank and my Rockstud-inspired flats (which are fabulously comfortable, by the way!). Let me know what you think!
